Error description
If a domain is disabled during restart and is enabled afterwards, Health Checks are not started if option "Independent Health Check" is enabled.
Local fix
1) trigger an ?Independent Health Check? restart manually after reboot, by disabling/enabling Health Check in the Load Balancer Group 2) do not enable "Independent Health Check"
Problem summary
Affected are appliances configured to use Load Balancer Groups with the Independent Health Check feature. When the router starts with an admin-state disabled domain containing a Load Balancer Group using Independent Health Checks, enabling the domain later does not resume the checks.
