How do you find the associated system username for IBM Rational DOORS administrator account when system usernames are enabled?
Cause
You would like to reset DOORS administrator password and for that you would like to find out the associated system username.
Answer
Pass on the userlist.dtc file from <DOORS database installation>/data/v6data/users directory to IBM Rational DOORS technical support team so that system username associated with DOORS administrator account can be fetched and shared with you.
