Error description
Sterling B2B Integrator stops working for a period of time, for example, 10 minutes, and then after 10 minutes resumes back to proper the state. Within that 10 minutes, the user is not able to see the /myfilegateway page and can't access the dashboard for watching current processes running. Sometimes the customer needs to restart the application to resolve this issue.
