WebSphere MQ File Transfter Edition (WMQ FTE) v7 queue based resource monitor fails if user sandboxing is enabled. The following error message is generated when the resource monitor fails: BFGDM0092E: Monitor resource MONITOR_NAME has been asked to scan a denied path of QUEUE_NAME
Local fix
Set userSandboxes=false in agent.properties file.
Problem summary
Queue based resource monitors working within a user sandbox will always be denied access as the sandbox erroneously attempts to match the queue name against the queue name queue manager pair. USERS AFFECTED: All using queue based resource monitors with user sandboxing PLATFORM AFFECTED: All
Problem conclusion
The code has been altered to ensure that the user sandbox matches correctly against the queue name queue manager pair.
