Question
Can you create free shapes, such as polyline and ploygon, on diagrams using IBM Rational Rhapsody java API?
Cause
According to javadoc of Rhapsody API, the following parameters for free shapes have been described in addNewNodeByType method in IRPDiagram; however, these parameters did not work.
Free shapes: "Polyline", "Ploygon", "Rectangle", "Polycurve", "Closed Curve","Ellipse","Image".
Answer
Unfortunately parameters for free shapes describing in javadoc have not been implemented yet, but these parameters will be available in future release.
