Error description
There is the possibility that a duplicate SNMP table index may occur if two error reports are generated in the same second. This can potentially happen during the redirect of an error report when the original destination failed. If a duplicate SNMP table index created, it will cause a failure in the SNMP Get-Bulk operation.
