Local fix
Problem summary
Affected is compiling a XML Schema with xs:complexType according src-ct (3.4.3) 2.1.2 (http://www.w3.org/TR/xmlschema-1/#d0e7923). DataPower does not compile the Schema and throws compile error.
Problem conclusion
