Error description
Customer has very large table counts for documents: TABLE ROW COUNT CORRELATION_SET 401,912,218 TRANS_DATA 111,007,207 DOCUMENT 26,832,529 DOCUMENT_LIFESPAN 27,634,737 Nearly all the rows in TRANS_DATA WF_ID -1 are document or document_extension rows. SELECT REFERENCE_TABLE, COUNT(WF_ID) FROM TRANS_DATA WHERE WF_ID = -1 GROUP BY REFERENCE_TABLE; DOCUMENT 88,523,339 DOCUMENT_EXTENSION 30,407,189 For CORRELATION_SET for each document put into a mailbox it creates approx 14 rows in CORRELATION_SET table so therefore 27,634,737 x 14 = 386,886,318 For TRANS_DATA for each document we create 4 rows 3 document row + 1 document extension therefore 27,634,737 x 4 = 110,539,848 rows
