Resolving The Problem
Provide the following information:
1. Complete "General Information"
2. Enable client side debugging mode
3. Enable server side debugging mode
4. Enable ObjectServer side debugging mode
5. Replicate problem
- Note of start and end time of replication
- List replication steps. Screenshots will help.
6. Outputs
ObjectServer side:
Row count of status, journal, and details
Sample:

OMNIHOME/log
8. Gather files/directories
Web GUI server side:
Tar.gz/Zip of WEBGUI_HOME/etc
TIPHOME/profiles/TIPProfile/config/cells/TIPCell/wim/config/wimconfig.xml
ObjectServer side:
NCHOME/etc/omni.dat
NCHOME/etc/interfaces.<platform>
NCHOME/omnibus/etc/<ObjectServer>.props
