IJ16053: GREYED ASSIGNMENT ON FILTER AND SPLIT

Error description

• PROBLEM:   Greyed assignment on filter and split
  
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to Graphical Assignment application Select an unassigned
  work order on Work View tab and Filter to it
  2. Go to Assignment View tab and click on "Enable Filtering
  from work view"
  3. Right click on the unassigned assignment and select the
  option - Split
  4. Drag and drop the 2 split assignments on to different
  resources
  5. Click on Save
  
  RESULTS:  We observe that one of the assignment stays Green
  while the other half of the split goes Grey.
  
  EXPECTED RESULTS:  None of the assignments should be grey in
  color
  
  PRODUCT VERSION:
  IBM Maximo for Scheduler 7.6.7.0
