Error description
Optimise the Stage2 synchronisation procedures to minimise memory utilisation. The Stage 2 process may start but may not finish.
Local fix
Reduce the entries in your TNODELST, removing offline manage systems, remove Manage Systems List that is no longer needed.
Problem summary
If the size of any EIB table is very large, the amount of memory consumed while the Hub and RTEMS tables are compared can exceed what's available. This is especially true for an RTEMS running on zOS. An RTEMS may terminate while synchronising its tables following a reconnection to the Hub.
Problem conclusion
The code was changed to optimise the use of memory. The fix for this APAR is contained in the following maintenance packages: | service pack | 6.3.0.7-TIV-ITM-SP0002
