Error description
After upgrade to Maximo 7.6.0.9, when use Everyplace Application, on an IPad for work orders, the Start Center results sets grow wider,depending on the content. The Work order description field is one of the columns in the result sets. If a Work order has a long description, then the result set becomes much wider to show the entire description. So user needs to scroll sideways to see all of the information in the result set. PERFORMANCE ISSUE: NO STEPS TO REPRODUCE: https://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg1IV95656 1 - Open Maximo as Administrator user. 2 - On start Center create a new Resultset to Workorder Tracking application. Use Bedford Work Orders as Query and enable the fields WONUM and DESCRIPTION. 3 - Save the new Result Set. 4 - Configure the start center as mobile. 5 - Go to Work Order tracking Application, select a record with a description long, or change any Work Order description to a text with more than 150 characters, and save the record. 5 - Sign Out of Maximo application and login again as Moile Login mode. CURRENT ERRONEOUS RESULT: On Start Center, now as Mobile, the new Result Set has the Extended Description field, showing all the text description in a single line.And the Start Center will present an horizontal scroll bar. this is not interesting when client is working with Ipad or other Mobile device. EXPECTED RESULT: The New Result Set would show the description in mor then one line without show a horizontal scroll bar.
