Answer
For generating a report containing nested packages from the Rational Rhapsody model, you can use the below mentioned script in Rational Publishing Engine.
Note: This script has two properties to enable recursion for a container. The first is Recursion Level with value as 2, that helps in extracting the first two levels of packages. The second is Recursive Segments, which is 2 in most cases. Since, in Rhapsody the packaging of all the elements are in the elements/element form.
