Error description

• When IBM Spectrum Protect Plus restore job is completed and
  there are objects that have not been restored, job status is
  reported as successful instead of failed
  
  Affected versions: IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.5.0 and
  10.1.5.2137

Problem conclusion

• When not all objects have been correctly restored, the agent
  reported job status as "Completed" instead of "Failed". The code
  has been changed to report status correctly.
