A business process configured in RCT for consumer identification fails intermittently with the following error: Could not extract Consumer Name using parameter CONSUMER_NAME. This error may be due to invalid file name or format. The process data has the consumer name assigned to CONSUMER_NAME. The persistence level of this business process is full. Immediately after replaying the route it gets successful.
