IT30625: REST-API GET /NGP/ANALYTICS/VMBACKUPSLACOM SHOWS INCORRECT OUTPUTS FOR REPLICATION, OFFLOAD AND ARCHIVE JOBS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Analytics GET API /ngp/analytics/vmbackupslacom to obtain VM
  backup compliance outputs miss archive jobs. And replication and
  offload jobs show inconsistent outputs. The compliance jobs are
  displayed in ucompliance category. For example, VM SLA Policy
  RPO Compliance report shows five compliance replication jobs,
  but all of them are displayed in ucompliance category in the
  REST-API report. Here is one job output:

Problem conclusion

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus analytics API has been fixed to return
  correct information regarding replication, copy, and archive

• Use the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus UI to retrieve a list of
  compliant and non-compliant VM backup jobs.
