When a channel is in wait state there is no health monitoring of the underlying socket in use by the channel.

Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: This issue potentially affects MQ users that encounter connection failures between queue managers. Platforms affected: MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: After a channel MCA has sent a batch of messages and is waiting for the peer to acknowledge receipt, detection of a network failure during this period of time relied upon connection health checks, for example channel heartbeat or TCP/IP keepalive. Typically the timers involved in these types of health check could take several minutes to determine that a connection was no longer viable and for a channel that is eligible to be retried, this may have delayed the delivery of the batch. Batch confirmation should not normally take more than a few seconds.
Problem conclusion
