Error description

• An IBM Spectrum Protect Plus user account configured with a
  custom Resource Group to access a non vCenter does not
    allow you to Test the connection to catalog file metadata.
    This custom Resource Group also removes the Permission Group
    for Hypervisor->All. Attempting to Test the connection fails
    with the following:
  
      TEST action on resource HYPERVISOR "**UNKNOWN RESOURCE**"
      failed. Error code (403).
