Error description
If the RBM Settings in the DataPower have apply-cli turned on, then any tenant installation request (either from CLI or web GUI) fails with a license acceptance error even if the license is accepted using one of the prescribed methods.
Local fix
Problem summary
DataPower user might see that tenant-install CLI command fails with "'accept-license' is not valid" if apply-cli is on in RBM settings.
