Error description
The backup mode in WebGUI would sometimes display as normal where the CLI/SSH backup mode would display as secure.
Local fix
Reloading DataPower would temporarily fix the mismatch, but the issue would still occur afterward.
Problem summary
The DataPower WebGUI might not display the correct Secure Backup mode setting.
Problem conclusion
