IT27269: HSM FOR WINDOWS COMMAND DSMCLC RECALL CRASHES IF OWNER FIELD IS EMPTY IN REPARSE DATA

Error description

• The IBM Spectrum Protect HSM for Windows command 'dsmclc recall'
  crashes if submitted for a stub file that has no owner
  information saved in the reparse data. A trace message causes
  the crash in this case.
  
  Affected Products:
  IBM Spectrum Protect HSM for Windows versions 7.1.0.0 - 7.1.8.4,
  8.1.0.0 - 8.1.6.0.
  
  Customer/L2 diagnostics:
  If the crash occurs, run the command dsmfileinfo -r for the stub
  file. The output displays the reparse data. The customer is
  impacted by this problem, if the owner field has no value.
