    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
A logic error meant that .NET Client applications incorrectly
returned MQRC_Q_MGR_NOT_AVAILABLE error for SSL/TLS related
    issues instead of MQRC_SSL_INITIALIZATION_ERROR.

Problem conclusion

  • The MQ .NET client logic has been modified so that the client
will return MQRC_SSL_INITIALIZATION_ERROR if there are any
SSL/TLS related errors when connecting to a queue manager.
Additional information may also be available in the queue
    manager error logs.
