Error description
The user observed a onetime unexpected DataPower restart shortly after a firmware upgrade which happened the moment some B2B transactions got resent automatically.
Local fix
Problem summary
DataPower might unexpectedly restart if application domain(s) are not quiesced prior to the firmware upgrade. While the firmware upgrade, system reboot might fail the B2B transactions and corrupt the B2B transaction data. The corrupted B2B transaction data might cause DataPower to restart when retransmitting the transaction after system restart.
