Error description

• Domain cleanup upon deleting a domain might not complete
  successfully.  Objects might remain over and that might cause
  issues after with trying to instantiate the same domain.
  

Local fix

• Preform a domain reset as opposed to a domain delete, save
  then recreate domain.
