Problem conclusion
Spectrum Protect JBB for Linux has an open source driver component which must be installed. The customer must build the rpm to install the driver. This is needed since the driver is kernel version dependent. During the install of the package is when the error message is seen. A new open source package can be requested from TSMOSREQ@us.ibm.com if this type of error occurs.
