Error description

• When a non-main task is stopped and then started later, it might
  fail to be processed as an active task in some situations. For
  example, "show load" might fail to show the task even though it
  is active.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Affected are users of non-main tasks (for example sshd,
  QuotaEnforcement, and nfs). When one of these tasks is stopped
  and then started later, unexpected behavior may be exhibited
  including seeing the task missing when running a ?show load?
  command.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 7.5.0.15, 7.5.1.14, 7.5.2.14, 7.6.0.7 and
  7.7.0.0
