Error description
The custom protocol information under the Protocol section in the Partner Profile is removed afer making updates to the partner's information under the Profile section. In this case, the email address and phone number is updated under the profile section. After the update, the protocol information is missing in the custom protocol information.
Local fix
The workaround at this time is to update the Protocol Section back to the desired information after updating the profile section. RTC ID: 560929
