When the B2B Gateway service resends a document, the Output Time field in the Transaction Viewer might appear empty.
Local fix
Problem summary
DataPower B2B user who takes Resend action in the B2B Transaction Viewer might see the Output time field empty if the outbound destination is not B2B protocol, such as HTTP.
Problem conclusion
