IT15952: Serviceability improvement to add dspmq -x output to runmqras

Error description

• runmqras collects the output of various commands to assist IBM
  MQ Support in diagnosing problems. This did not include the
  information on multi-instance queue managers which can be
  obtained by the '-x' flag on dspmq.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Although runmqras included output from the 'dspmq' command, it
  did not run the command with the '-x' flag, and so information
  on the state of multi-instance queue managers was missing.
  

Problem conclusion

• runmqras has been modified to include the '-x' flag on the
  'dspmq' command.
