Problem summary
**************************************************************** USERS AFFECTED: This is an intermittent issue which may occur on queue manager shutdown. Platforms affected: MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The cluster repository manager failed to correctly handle notification that the queue manager was ending and produced the FDC in response.
Problem conclusion
