Error description
In a TPC environment with a EMC Cimom managing some subsystems , some subsystems might show unreachable state after a failed probe in the Web GUI, while, disappearing from the Stand Alone GUI. The probe fails with the following message : HWN021801E CIMOMManager failed to get CIMOM entity from database. RECREATE STEPS: Add EMC CIMOM/Arrays via wizard. Probe and view results ________________________________________________________________ DB2 Version used for Server: N/A The defect is against component: 5608TPC00 Server/Manager build/release (TPC): 5.2.6 ________________________________________________________________ Problem as described by customer:Arrays in unreachable state Initial customer impact (low/med/high):High
