Error description
Under some circumstances, when the FTP Client Begin Service fails to connect to the FTP server, it can create an empty status report. If document encryption and file system storage are turned on, an encrypted document is created for the empty status report, however, the reference in the database is not persisted. When this happens, the file on the file system will never be picked up and deleted by purge.
Local fix
Delete files on file system manually once they are no longer needed.
