Problem summary
Users Affected: Mailbox Users with Customized Automatic Routing Rules Problem Description: Mailbox Evaluate Routing Rule Service scheduled BP hangs. The customer created a custom Mailbox Evaluate Routing Rule Service configuration that executes a mailbox routing rule in automatic mode. When data is found in a mailbox associated to the routing rule the scheduled business process remains in an ACTIVE state, at step 0. The business process defined in the Routing Rule is initiated and processes normally. Subsequent scheduled runs of the Mailbox Evaluate Routing Rule service then also remain in an ACTIVE state.
