Why does IBM Rational Rhapsody gives error when logging into Rational Synergy: Error occurred while getting SCC Context?
Cause
When you log into Rational Synergy via Rhapsody using the integration and you get the following errors:
This error will typically appear when your CCM_HOME environment variable is not set correctly to point to your Rational Synergy Install folder.
Answer
Ensure that:
- The CCM_HOME variable is set in your system variables (see below)
- The CCM_HOME points to the Rational Synergy folder (see above)
If the CCM_HOME variable is set correctly and the error persists then please call IBM Rational Client Support.
