Error description
Instead of using the "Browse..." button in DataPower WebGUI to select a specific file to upload the user manually entered a name of a non-existing file into the file upload dialog box which unexpectedly resulted in "uploaded successfully" message and an empty file created in the DataPower filesystem.
Local fix
Use the "Browse..." button to ensure to select valid files/filenames only instead of manually typing one.
Problem summary
A DataPower WebGUI user might upload non-existent files to File Management on some file upload dialogs. In that case an empty file will be incorrectly created on DataPower. Fix will be available in next major releases
