Error description

• Error Message: When producing a PHD heapdump file from a system
  dump, the jdmpview heapdump command reports a large number of
  errors, for example:Writing PHD format heapdump into
  DUMP.JVM.D140513.T133549.X001.phdWrote 23016240 objects and
  55095 classes and encountered 23071336 errors
  .
  Stack Trace: N/A
  .
  The PHD heapdump file produced is very small, and contains only
  a header with JVM version string.
  

Local fix

• Produce a heapdump direct from the JVM, using the -Xdump:heap
  option.
  

Problem summary

• The problem is caused when reading Java object data from a
  system dump
  

Problem conclusion

• The jdmpview command and the DTFJ API have been updated to
  correctly read the object data
  .
