Error description
When the "Default Persistence" property on the queue has been set to "Persistent", WCF/XMS.NET misinterprets the messages on the queue as non-persistent and doesn't commit the messages when the application is abruptly ended or closed, which results in rolling back of all the messages which have been retrieved.
