How do you disable the VBA component in IBM Rational Rhapsody?
Answer
The VBA component can be disabled for Rational Rhapsody installation by modifying the contents of the 'rhapsody.ini' file.
The following steps will disable the VBA component in Rational Rhapsody:
- Navigate to the Rhapsody installation directory
- Locate and open the file rhapsody.ini in a text editor
- Search for the entry UseVBA
Note: The absence of the entry UseVBA in rhapsody.ini indicate that the VBA component is not installed with Rational Rhapsody.
- Set value UseVBA=FALSE
