Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to run the workflow transfer task as documented results in a Failed to transfer Create Record Folder error when using Configuration Manager.
Symptom
The Configuration Manager message pane displays the following error stack trace:

Cause
The topic in the IBM® Enterprise Records Installation and upgrade Guide entitled Creating the IBM Enterprise Records Object store configuration profile and running the profile tasks is incomplete.
Diagnosing The Problem
You must import RMWorkflowConfiguration.xml using Process Configuration Console in Workplace or Workplace XT. It will allow the workflow transfer in Configuration Manager for IBM Enterprise Records to locate the workflow to transfer.
Resolving The Problem
There is information missing from the Creating the IBM Enterprise Records Object store configuration profile and running the profile tasks topic in the Installation and Upgrade Guide,
