The Enterprise Summary report can fail when there is not data for all platforms (Windows, Linux and UNIX).
Problem conclusion
Queries have been changed to tolerate when platform-specific data is missing in the database. The fix for this APAR is going to be included in the following maintenance vehicle: | fix pack | 6.2.3-TIV-ITM-FP0004 | fix pack | 6.3.0-TIV-ITM-FP0002
Temporary fix
Enable data collection for all platforms (UNIX, Linux and Windows).
