Troubleshooting
Problem
Attempts to drag and drop a component element in IBM Rational Rhapsody results in the error "One or more Elements can't be pasted to current Diagram".
Cause
There are references and read only components in the model.
Resolving The Problem
Provide Read-Write access to the Default Component folder and the Component Diagram.
