Problem summary

  • IBM Launcher code is performing UTF conversion twice for class
    or path name with non-ASCII characters which resulted in the
    reported problem.
    

Problem conclusion

  • This defect will be fixed in:
    6.0.0 SR11
    6.0.1 SR3
    7.0.0 SR3
    .
    JVM has been modified to perform UTF conversion once if a class
    or path name has non -ASCII characters.
