Login to Admin server console http://<IP address>:port/console.
Part-1: Configuring JMS Connection Factory:

Click on Connection Factories.
On the JMS Connection Factories panel, click on Configure a new Connection Factory hyperlink
Enter the name of this JMS connection factory.
Enter the JNDI name used to look up this JMS connection factory within the JNDI namespace (Ex: AGENT_QCF).
Configure the remaining attributes as per requirements.
Click on ‘Create’.
In the ‘Target and Deploy’ tab keep the Server name as blank and click on ‘Apply’.
Part-2: Configuring a new JMS Server:
Users can either use the default JMS server available (WSStoreForwardInternalJMSServer<AdminServerName>) or can create a new JMS Server.
To create a new JMS Server:
From the main panel, navigate: Services -> JMS -> Servers
Click on ‘Servers’.
On the JMS Servers panel, click on ‘Configure a new JMS Server’
Enter the name of this JMS server.
Configure the remaining attributes as per requirements.
Click on ‘Create’.
In the ‘Target and Deploy’ tab, select the Application Server name as the target and click on ‘Apply’.
Part-3: Configuring a new JMS queue:
From the main panel, navigate: Services -> JMS -> Servers -> <JMS Server Name> -> Destinations
Click on ‘Destinations’.
On the JMS Destinations panel, click on ‘Configure a new JMS Queue’
Enter the name of this JMS queue (Ex: DefaultAgentQueue).
Enter the JNDI name configured earlier that used to look up this queue within the JNDI namespace (Ex: AGENT_QCF).
Click on ‘Create’.
Above configuration helps to create and configure JMS queues in WebLogic that can be used while running Agent Servers.
