Problem

C3 Analyzer - Actuate Error code 4032 is received

Symptom

A pop-up message is displayed within C3 Analyzer. The following error message is thrown when executing a report in synchronous mode.

Actuate Error code 4032: transient store is full.

Transient reports are stored in a transient report cache configured on each Actuate server.

By default the report cache is 100MB and transient reports persist for 30 minutes. This error is likely due to more than 100MB of transient reports have been generated in the previous 30 minutes.

Actuate Error code 4032: transient store is full.

Resolving The Problem

Increase the size of the transient cache on each Report server or decrease the transient report timeout.

These properties can be set via Management Console -- > System Administration -- > Servers -- > Properties (for each server) -- > Factory Service (Tab).
