Problem
Error CCTR035E failure connecting to Connect:Enterprise server on Sterling Control Center logs.
Symptom
Added Connect:Enterprise for UNIX server as Control Center monitored server. The application seems to connect fine but then eventtually gets a errror message

Error Message
CCTR035E Error: Failed to connect to server. Check for invalid userid/password, improper authority for userid, unsupported level of server or no license slot available to monitor the server.
ERROR CEUnixDaemonStatus - all - Exception response from C:E UNIX server: null exception: java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 4474
Resolving The Problem
Apply the latest Sterling Control Center maintenance that contains QC Defect ID 18908
