Problem summary


    

  • The problem is due to incorrect information generated by the JIT
compiler about an array field declared in a class. The compiler
falsely assumes that the array field is of constant length in a
rare corner case.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • This defect will be fixed in:
6.0.0 SR10
6.0.1 SR5
5.0.0 SR13
7.0.0 SR4
.
The compiler has been changed to prevent this assumption from
occurring.

Install build 20110921 or later
