Problem
YFS10001 (YFS:No Record Found) error after applying HF
Symptom
After applying the HF following error is seen. "YFS:No Record Found error for a functionality".

Resolving The Problem
The issue occurs due to HF data migration step not being completed.
For Example for the error mentioned above:
The rule was introduced as part of Foundation 7.11 HF-80 and can be verified at
<HF_temp>\Applications\Foundation\database\FactorySetup\XMLS\YCP_YFS_BASE_RUL ES_711_HF80.xml.
Solution:-
Remove all the .restart files and run the data migration step again
