Symptom
While Installation of the Sterling Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF)/Multi-Channel Selling and Fulfillment (MCSF) application or any of the Hot fixes of the product, this error might come up.

Resolving The Problem
- Check if the Absolute path to the JDK and installation directory and correctly defined in the environment variables of the system.
- Check whether the JDK is 32bit/64bit. Please note, MCF v8.0 and v8.2 do not support 64 bit JDKs for installation; if it is 64-bit, please use 32-bit. This should resolve the issue. MCSF v8.5 removes this restriction.
- If the stack is complete as per the documentation guide and one still faces the issue, then try re-installing the JDK and Ant. Also, please use only the supported versions of Java and Ant (as mentioned in the documentation). So, please refer to the documentation for this information.
- Check file and directory permissions for the installation. The installer requires full access. If you notice errors thrown when accessing some file, this could be the problem.
