Problem
changeShipmentStatus is not rolling back status changes using outofSequenceUpdates
Symptom
If the AcceptOutOfSequenceUpdates is set to Y, the following determination logic is used:
• If the shipment is in a valid pickup status for this transaction
o Update the shipment status and write the shipment status change audit.
• If the shipment is not in a valid pickup status for this transaction
o Find the first instance of the transaction in the pipeline
o If the Drop Status found is greater than the current Shipment Status
Update the shipment status and write the shipment status change audit.
o If the Drop Status found is less than the current Shipment Status
Write the shipment status change audit and not change the status of the shipment
