Closed as program error.
Error description
JCC client gets sqlcode -964 (transaction log full) when issuing a non-atomic multi-row input request. It expects an SQLCA for each row, but gets only one. If the APAR fix is not applied, an exception in the JCC application may occur. Problem summary
JCC CLIENT GETS SQLCODE -964 DURING A NON-ATOMIC MULTI-ROW INPUT REQUEST. IT EXPECTS AN SQLCA FOR EACH ROW, BUT GETS ONLY ONE.
Problem conclusion
First fixed in DB2 UDB Version 9.1, FixPak 4.
